Brief Introduction about the Development Programme

Inside Out was founded by a university student, which will be introduced later in the next section, to benefit, transform and inspire children, in particularly those who are struggling financially, to gain valuable soft skills and stress management skills with just their desire to learn and develop themselves. This development program is comprised of three components, namely music, public speaking, and well-being. The classes will be conducted weekly by the volunteering teacher and each lesson are inter-related to one another. There will be a quota imposed and hence interviews will be conducted to select students who have the intense desire to learn and develop themselves. The program will be conducted for two years for each batch of students and they may choose to continue if they wish. As this is a non-profit organization, membership fees collected monthly (RM10) will be contributed towards the projects’ sustainability and students’ activities.
